The main purpose for which we process your personal data is the need to perform the contract you have concluded with DIOM Games by accepting the Terms of Service. We need your personal data, among others, to manage the game user’s account; enable you to contact other Players, update the Player’s profile and provide other services related to the game. DIOM Games uses the services of its partners. These partners process Players’ data only at the request and in accordance with DIOM Games’ instructions. Partners include marketing agencies, IT service providers, and payment operators.

Other Entities
We may share information relating to the Player in the case of any merger, sale, or financing of our business. Social features like forums or chats may display user data publicly to other players. DIOM Games does not share any Player data with other Players beyond the Player’s voluntary participation in these features.
